What LED Light Therapy?

LED (light-emitting diode) light therapy is a non-invasive treatment that enters the skin's layers to improve the skin. LED light therapy is provided with every facial to help rejuvenate the skin.

What are the benefits?

LED light therapy mainly helps to regenerate cells, reduce inflammation, heal wounds, scatter melanocyte clusters, reduce acne and increase skin rejuvenation. Other uses of LED light therapy include, dermatitis, eczema, psoriasis, rosacea, scarring and sun damage.

What does the facial include?

Facials include cleansing, then exfoliating the skin, followed by a toner and then moisturising the skin. You will then relax under the LED light mask for 15-30 minutes.


Can I have the treatment?

This treatment is not suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding women or anyone who has a thyroid conditions. If you have had Anti-wrinkle Injections or Dermal Filler, you must wait a minimum of 5 days before receiving LED light therapy treatment.

Which light colour should I choose?

Blue light: Efficiently minimises and heals acne, repairs the skin without leaving scars.

Green light: Neutralises and balances skin conditions, relieves mental stress and effectively dredges lymphoid and edema.

Yellow light: Improves coarse skin, wrinkle, redness, fever, increases immunity.

Red-light: Whitens spots, helps with tender skin, helps to prevent wrinkles, repairs damaged skin, smooths fine wrinkles, shrinks pores and promotes hyperplasia of collagen.

Purple light: This is the red and blue dual-band light, a combination of two kinds of phototherapy effects, especially in healing and repairing acne scars.

Green Blue light: Enhances the cell energy gradually and promotes metabolism

LED Laser light (White light) : Resolves ageing spots, improves fine lines and sagging skin.

When should I book my next appointment?

You should book an LED Light therapy treatment once a month to help maintain results.

Aftercare Advice

  • Don't clean your skin in the evening after your treatment, allow the serums to soak in and work overnight.

  • Gently cleanse your skin using a mild cleanser for the next 48 hours.

  • Avoid sunbeds and tanning in direct sunlight. Avoid saunas, steam rooms and swimming pools for 12 hours after.

  • Keep the skin protected and hydrated with SPF 50+ to ensure long-lasting results.
