Lash Subscription includes the following:
- Up to 3 sets per month (including full sets and infills).
- Extended grace period for lateness, allowing up to 20 minutes instead of 10.
- If you do not have enough lashes for an infill, you'll receive a full set at no extra charge.
Policies
- This subscription is for individual use only. If someone else shows up in your place, they will either be turned away or charged for a full set, and you will lose one of your three sets for the month.
- If you don't use the three sets each month, they will expire and won't roll over to the following month.
- If you want more than three appointments in a month, you will be charged the full price for the treatment.
- If you cancel within 24 hours or miss your appointment, you will forfeit one of your monthly sets.
- If you want to upgrade your lashes to a different style for a one-time change (e.g., a volume set), you will be charged the price difference. Additional services, such as removals and wispy lashes, will also incur extra charges.
- If you choose a lash service of lower value, you will not be charged. For example, if you have a Volume Lash subscription, you can opt for classic lashes instead of one of your volume sets at any time. - You may cancel your subscription at any time; however, you will be charged the full price for all future appointments.
- All other policies will still apply to this service.
